What data and why

The website does not collect data through forms. When you request a table or place a takeaway order, the website prepares a message that is sent from your own WhatsApp: we receive the details you enter (name, number of people, day and time, or the dishes you order) together with your WhatsApp number. The same applies if you call us. We use these data only to handle your booking or order and to reply to you. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use them for advertising and do not pass them on to third parties. We keep them for as long as needed to handle the booking or order and to meet legal obligations.

WhatsApp, Google Maps and Instagram

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Instagram lead to external services, which process data under their own privacy policies. The website does not embed their content and does not load it until you tap the link.

Cookies

The website does not use profiling cookies or third-party cookies or analytics. Fonts and images are served by the website itself, so we do not ask for cookie consent. Like any website, the hosting server may log technical browsing data (such as IP address, date and time) for security and operation.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or to object (Articles 15–22 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
